Earrings are worn through pierced ears, so for hygiene reasons they're final sale — standard across the jewelry industry. If an earring arrives faulty we will always put it right.

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it in full, postage included — earrings included.

No — and the difference matters. Gold-filled bonds a thick layer of solid 14K gold to a brass core, many times thicker than standard plating, so it wears far longer without fading or tarnishing.

Our gold-filled pieces handle occasional contact with water. We still recommend removing them before showering, swimming or hot springs, so the finish lasts longer.

Gold-filled is far less likely to than plated jewelry, because the gold layer is thick enough that skin doesn't reach the brass beneath. Reactions vary between people; if a piece doesn't agree with you, tell us.
