Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. All prices are in USD.

Shipping cost

Orders over $75 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

How long it takes

Each order is checked and packed by hand, so please allow:

• 3–5 business days to dispatch
• 5–7 business days in transit

That's roughly 8–12 business days from order to doorstep. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. If the tracking hasn't moved for several days, write to us and we'll chase it.

Wrong or incomplete address

We can only change an address before an order is dispatched, so tell us as soon as possible. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be re-sent once the correct address is confirmed; re-delivery postage is payable by the customer.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
